This is a 4-station aluminum wheel polishing machine designed to polish forged or cast car/truck rims. It allows four rims to be polished together at the same time, saving production time and workspace.
Cette machine est conçue pour polir les jantes d'une voiture ou d'un camion. Son but est de remplacer le processus de polissage à la main par l'utilisation d'une machine.
Le principe de base consiste à utiliser des billes de céramique avec des composés spéciaux pour polir les jantes à plusieurs reprises. Après avoir utilisé différentes billes pour polir 2 ou 3 fois, la jante peut être brillante et éclatante comme demandé.

Pour obtenir une finition hautement polie, les roues peuvent passer par trois étapes de traitement :
Step 1: Coarse Grinding Wheels go through the grinding process using media 6*6mm which is a concentrated cleaner and polishing compound. Depending on the initial condition of the surface the process time can take between 10 mins to 40 minutes.
Étape 2 : Lissage Après avoir été découpée, la surface doit être lissée et préparée pour l'étape du polissage. Pour ce faire, on utilise un support de 4*4 mm et de la pâte à polir. Le temps nécessaire à cette opération peut varier de 15 à 20 minutes.
Step 3: Fine Polishing The final stage includes polishing the wheels with 2*2mm of media and compound. The process time can take between 10 to 15 minutes.
Ce support est idéal pour obtenir une finition brillante et hautement polie.
* This is only a guideline and the duration of the finishing process may depend on the initial condition of the wheels. Size and shape of media will be selected to suit part geometry and avoid any media lodgement.
