Wheel After Machined
Visible deep CNC/AMC machining marks, thick casting layers, or surface blurrs—these imperfections are a major headache for powder coating preparation. Traditional manual sanding is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and inconsistent.
Wheel After Abrasive Grinding
Wheels go through the grinding process using one of coarse media. Depending on the initial condition of the surface the process time can take between 10 minutes to 40 minutes.
Polished By15 Minutes
After the surface has been cut down by our machine, to ensure better performance of this polishing stage, require sanding the surface to 800 girt in advance. This machine polishing step takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
Enhanced Mirror Liked
The final stage polishing the wheel with even smaller and smooth media to enhance the brightness by 10 to 15 minutes. The smoother surface you achieved on previous steps, the brighter and shinner wheels you will have.
