This step is going to help you smooth the surface if you’re going to do a mirror-like finishing.

Achieving the highly polished finish of the wheel hub can go through 3 processing steps:

Step 1: The coarse grinding wheel uses 6*6mm concentrated cleaner and polishing agent media for the grinding process. Depending on the initial condition of the surface, treatment time may take 0.5 to 2 hours.

Step 2: Smoothing After the surface has been cut, it needs to be smoothed and prepared for the polishing stage. This is achieved using 4*4mm media and composite materials. The time required to perform this process may vary from 15 minutes to 30 minutes.

Step 3: Polishing The final stage consists of polishing the wheel using 2*3mm media and compound. Processing time may take 6 to 15 minutes. This medium is ideal for achieving a bright, highly polished surface.
