The cleaning and drying ultrasonic production line is designed to reduce all the cleaning, carrying, and lifting work after polishing by our rotary polishing machine. We customize the production lines in the space of your plants, combining them with our ceramic polishing machine, and then you will have a completely automatic polishing production workshop.

After cleaning with the industrial ultrasonic washing machine, the surface is completely free of aluminum powder, cutting fluid additives, oil, and other residues.

This cleaning machine is a continuous cleaning equipment controlled by PLC throughout the entire process, consisting of a roller conveyor entrance, chambers of continuous detergent spray cleaning, chamber of tap water rinsing, chamber of pure water rinsing, chamber of high-pressure air blowing, chamber of heated air blower drying and a roller convey exit.
